We’re back!
and WE’RE GETTING MARRIED!!! 😁
Thank you for your patience while we took a little break over the winter/spring. We’ve been planning for our wedding in September 💖 We can’t wait to bring you along for the journey! Should we bake our own goodies for the wedding? You’ll have to wait and see. Are we that crazy? Maybe!!! LOL
Big shout out to Zach for always holding me together. It’s been a lot of work doing the bakery and wedding planning. We’re looking forward to serving everyone at the farmers market for limited weekends over this summer. We should be there every weekend in May, the second half of June, and the second half of July. We are also planning on being there Saturday August 8th. Thank you for all of your support - you’re helping us fund the wedding of our dreams! The bakery has been such a blessing. We can’t wait to see all of you this weekend and enjoy the farmers market together! Stay tuned for more wedding updates too🥰🎉
What a year!
I can’t believe it’s been a year since I opened my bakery! What a wild ride. Thank you for all of your support! We took a little break over the holidays because we moved into a new house, but we are back and full steam ahead. Getting ready for the ACUA Earth Day Festival and then the Somers Point Farmers Market :) I also just started a newsletter that I’m really excited about. I’ll be sharing weekly updates about what I’m baking, where I’m selling, what products I’m loving, the best deals and giveaways! I’ll also be sharing garden and chicken updates too. SPRING HAS SPRUNG!!!!
See you all soon!!
Opening day!!
Today was our first day at the Somers Point Farmers Market!!! We sold out before the day was over! What an overwhelming amount of love we felt today. It was so nice to meet all of you. I felt so alive and so happy to be there. This has been a dream come true and I’m just so glad to finally share my baking with everyone. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and finding out what people like. So far it sounds like the Peach Olive Oil Cake is a huge hit and so were the Blondies. I even received a wedding cake inquiry!!! Time to start perfecting my cake recipe! All of this is so exciting and I’m just so happy to see where this goes!
CHEERS!
See you next week :)
Jackie
Happy Easter!
Yesterday I sold my first two orders!! Thank you so much for your support. I received some positive feedback about a cookie platter that I put together for a customer, who said the Blondies were a big hit along with the Pecan Sandies. I love to hear feedback and find ways to keep improving. It means so much to me to know that my baked goods are bringing joy to my community. I look forward to continuing to serve you! I am taking a limited number of orders until the SP Farmers Market starts in May - it will be here before we know it!!!!
Here we go!
I finally decided to go for it! I am so excited to finally share my baked goods with you. It’s been a long time coming. My first job was at a bakery and I always wanted to have my own bakery. My father’s family also had a bakery, the Kondrk’s Bakery, in Flemington, NJ. I never got to visit before it changed hands when I was very young. But baking is in my blood. Many of my family members worked at that bakery and I love hearing the stories about my uncles and cousins working there.
I’ve been baking for many years and perfecting recipes ever since I decided to go gluten-free about ten years ago. I was suffering with Lyme disease and experienced multiple food sensitivities because of it. I found that if I ate clean, I felt better. So I continued on a quest to create healthy baked goods that I could continue to enjoy all the time and not feel cruddy afterwards. I’m so glad to finally bring the results of my quest to the rest of my community to enjoy and help them stay healthy too.
I hope you enjoy all of my baked offerings and get to know me a bit more along the way.
