Perfectly moist carrot cake - you’d never know it’s gluten free & dairy free! A true classic with pineapple, walnuts, and raisins. It’s so good, it doesn’t even need icing. (But yes, buttercream is available upon request, please call to arrange. We do not make cream cheese icing though, sorry!)

ingredients: olive oil, brown rice flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, sugar, eggs, carrots, pineapple, raisins, walnuts, shredded coconut, coconut oil, vanilla extract, baking soda, baking powder (corn starch, sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminum sulfate, monocalcium phosphate), cinnamon, xanthan gum, salt.
